Telling stories is an important part of developing language fluency. At ALC we do a lot of storytelling. Each class begins with sharing a story. Storytelling is at the heart of human communication so it's a natural as a learning tool.

We also make movies.  Each of these video stories was chosen, researched, and written by students working in small groups. Expanding the scope of our language use builds engagement, confidence, and a sense of contributing to the larger American culture.
